  1. Reform would hopefully ditch all the unecessary and wasteful local spending - DEI, translation services, draconian nutzero schemes (Ulez, 15 min cities etc.), woke and vanity projects etc. Reform still needs to take the centre of course to stop the main issues that trickle down.
