  1. It's circular logic: Need more laborers. Import immigrants. Need even more laborers to serve the new immigrants. Import more immigrants. Repeat. Better to live as homogenous and low population. The elite are tired of people using these high IQ, homogenous, and clean nations as examples for why they're better than multiculti. So they want to change them.
