  1. The amount of drug use between races isn't as relevant as the percentage of people within a race who do something likely to involve themselves in a confrontation with police. The former, by itself, proves no racial bias whatsoever

  2. 15:39 That would be because our "melanin-enhanced brothers" (all other terms shadow-banned by YouTube algorithm) are involved in criminal activity at different rates and more likely to be in a situation involving the police. Adjust for this and you'll see it used against whites at about the same rate
