  1. Yeah, the steering wheel tilt motor is stuck. This isn't a motor problem, but the old grease thickening and messing up the motor brushes and gear movement. Remove the motor housing and all old grease under it. Clean motor brushes. Replace with a modern synthetic grease. See guides on the forum.
