If you still side with that tyrant's decision to throw more of his own Slavic people into the meat grinder and recklessly endanger as many civilians as he is, especially after understanding the perspectives of both Ukrainians and Russians, you are lost. Both separatist states in the east that Putin used as a pretext to invade on four fronts (by supporting them militarily) are neo-Marxist and so is his own government. He is not based. He has persecuted and tortured nationalist groups within Russia, among other actions like heavily restricting speech. The sane stance here is to remain neutral and feel sorry for the young men sent to die, any civilians, and the continuing of a brother war instigated by oligarchs. Being "told" to hate someone by US progressives is not reason enough to support their opposition. It is so much more complicated than you claim. If you are indistinguishable from Russian state media or the shills you see all over social media, you've done something wrong
