  2. 98-08 is a decade and entirely different generations. I have lived in areas where these were all bought by people new and do not share those observations. I actually see far more W220 than all others of this generation (because I'm not in a salty area that kills those and they are otherwise more reliable than the others). I think the period A8 actually sold fewer than the Jaguar though.
