  2.  @sadmore1961  Wrong. He reads the teleprompter near flawlessly. Biden in 2016 vs. Biden today is a laughable comparison. Try again.

  3.  Marcus  Oh, we've watched plenty of them. The transcripts are out there. Biden started to show remarkable signs of decline in 2019 and the transcript for his October debate is hilarious. He has onset dementia. His "doctor" being so defensive about it may also show some attempt at concealment.
