Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if it was yet another corrupt department with ties to the towing company.

Jefferson Graves No, a 911 is not more expensive here. It's the opposite. Doesn't take much to use Google... Same with other German cars. U.S. doesn't have import duties on foreign cars.
1
ActionHeinz You mention Chrysler but they were ruined by a German company (Daimler) and now aren't even technically American. Aaaannd, the Corvette is still far more reliable, high quality mechanically, and simple to maintain than any of what you mentioned.
1
You don't need a lawyer. I won a lemon law case on my own easily.
1
Wouldn't be YouTube without more scummy police-haters.
1
A Catholic priest assuring you about something? Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeah.
1
@Fatvod Nice. Haven't been to Boston area in a few years
1
Ed Bolian Doesn't surprise me at all some old mechanic or DIYer would have fiddled with the electronics or wiring harness in any 80s Audi as they had QC/durability issues regardless of climate.
1
@s550danny Bruh. Anything other than S550 is sketch as hell but S550 is still an experience
1
There are plenty of people with the knowledge. It's all out there. He's just outspoken online.
1
JP B If only they brought back the I5 engines.
1
I think most of us admired the Murcielago from Hot Pursuit 2. The first one I saw was silver in 2003 and that further solidified it.
1
Can't blame anything but himself.
1
@ojtyler9626 I hope you realize that all 1UZ had throttle cable. Only the 3UZ introduced drive by wire throttle...
1
@ojtyler9626 It sure seems like you were referring to the 7M with that part. You seemed pretty certain about the first part. Guess you learned something.
1
Tim Gregis DuPont Registry was definitely the way to track pricing on collector cars.
1
V12 Jag is the right answer. This isn't different enough to warrant the extra money... though it may be slightly more reliable.
1
The ceiling fan must be heavy. Just make sure it's well attached, haha.
1
@VA-ng2ve What is the average price of a shell?
1
Well, the S55 was saved at least. Still life in it.
1
I saw his Vanquish once and loved it. I remember sitting in a new Vanquish S in about 2006. The smell of the interior was intoxicating. His GT12 is also great.
1
Nope. Design issues.
1
People often see what they want to see. That was innocuous
1
Original Audi R8 is the most timeless car of the 2000s and the best iteration to me
1
A few boutique manufacturers still offer the recipe. The SCG 004S will also be very desirable.
1
Definitely a shame that the thing was totaled.
1
I don't think it's close to the Chrysler ME-412 or Cadillac Cien, but neither of those made it to production.
1
Not very many 221 S65s out there. Would love to find a nice one myself.
1
Same classic formula. Corrupt officers want money for their department and a job for their towing buddies (where they also probably get a commission from). In this case, maybe the chief wanted some joyrides. Disgusting.
1
Yeah, another laundering operation
1
@moroit1 It's the condition that matters. Yes, they are collectible in pristine condition.
1
@LeeGHThomas You're an idiot, buddy, for authoritatively speaking on behalf of people's motives and beliefs as if you have a clue. I bet I could obliterate your knowledge of MB.
1
@LeeGHThomas You're the man child using ad hominems against people using factually sound statements like mine. Get help if you vent on YouTube like that.
1
@alexbedel6320 Fairly obvious who the person with an egotistical superiority complex is.
1
It's called deicer. And northerners can't drive on any road above 10 mph without it.
1
I think most people could see through the smoke and mirrors of this terrible program
