  1. No thanks. The size of an E60 5-series. Too big. Even the new 2 is a bit too heavy. The Z4 30i or 230i are probably more fun to drive than their I6 relatives. The M340i, and even new M3/4 are isolation chambers in comparison to many other options

  2.  @EricShoots  "Garbage", huh? The weight is a massive concern. M240i is not far off of the M340i. I have driven an M340i. An E39 530i is a far, far, more enjoyable experience on American roads. Modern BMWs have nearly zero steering feel (electric), mediocre brake pedal feel, and are extremely isolated in general. The now discontinued M2 Competition is an exception
