Nearly every business should have this simple rule : If you want to work here, you don't actively harass people that don't have the same political beliefs as you do at work.

The woke a are very small minority, which are very loud, very emotional, very unreasonable, very intolerant, very politicized, very demanding, very vindictive, and will use any means to get what they want. You definitely don't want woke employees capturing parts of your business and turning them into a terrifying machine to mold new woke.

@sciencecompliance235 if your employees harass people that don't have the same political beliefs as they do at work, why are they working for you? Unless you support that kind of harassment at work. Either way, it is wrong. And as you seem to point out, two wrongs don't make it right.
