  1. Technically you can send crypto to anyone without the internet. Just mail them the crypto account as well as its passwords. Converting that crypto into usable currency is another matter entirely.

  3.  @Kahoobb  They end up just sends some guys with cash there so that the locals can exchange those crypto back to usable cash. That pretty much defeats the purpose of using crypto in the first pace.

  5. You don't need the internet to send that little money. The fact that they send one of their own guy with cash so the locals can convert the crypto back to cash underlines this.
