  2.  @reportingsjr  What you're describing happens during the development/prototyping phase. Once a product (rockets in this case) matures and enter mass production, there is very little tweak that need to be done.

  3.  @reportingsjr  Yes, but those changes usually goes in batches that are done at certain interval rather than being a daily and weekly routine. That way you can efficiently bunch up all the improvement in one go rather than stopping your production line for some incremental tweaks.
