These type of people usually only consume specific type of media or in certain circles that block all the truth about Trump and promote how great he is , despite the fact that success are either exaggerated or even completely fabricated. The second are the mentally unsound, these are the believers of the conspiracy theories . The third are the truly vile, we're talking about people like Bannon , Miller or Fuentes.
