Akil manaz I implore you to watch the Avatar cartoons, you will understand the fan fury even more once how horrible everything else in the movie compared to the series.Everything :the acting, characters , the fight scenes , the dialogues , the music , the special effects( the two things you liked),the cinematography the humour( yes, Avatar wasn't all grim and gloomy) was better in the series.In fact, I'm not surprised that you ended up hating the movie afterwards.

  6. Matthew Selby What are you talking about? There was never a Halo live action movie.Forward Unto Dawn was a promotional material for Halo 4 and was initially released online (even youtube ).

  7. +Joe Bryant You do realise that some renowned critics such as the late Roger Ebert praises Watchmen , right? I really don't get the gist of this thread, she clearly said in the opening of this video that some of the movies on this list are good ( Watchmen eg), they just have great trailers that are arguably better .

  9. Morgan_Horse YOU SYMPATHIZE WITH THE JOKER/\?? I think you're confusing liking/loving a character and his/her antics as “sympathizing “ with that character. A character can be dislikable  or  even deserving of hate and yet remains sympathetic. I beg your pardon, but I don't think you understand what "sympathize " mean.It means you felt sorry for the character, you understand where s/he's coming from and why s/he's in the situation. You want that character to succeed to some extent and wish he could be redeemed  and have his/her happy ending.  The Joker is monster in every right , he brings pain , death and destruction for reason that are completely unfathomable save for his derived amusement from them .His success means someone will get hurt( usually the innocent). We don't even know his back story to understand how he came to be. This is not a sympathetic character by any means. Draco Malfoy in the other hand is pretty much redeemable .We understand his origin,motivation and mitigating circumstances that drives him. We understand that under  different condition he could turned out to be a decent human being. That is a sympathetic character.

  16. Are you talking about FPS/RTS hybrid like Natural Selection 2 and Savage Resurrection or pure RTS where you can posses the character and go into first person/third person mode (like Dungeon Keeper 2) ?

  19. +davidaguilar91 Being loved or popular doesn't make them sympathetic. You need a desire to save them and even wanting them to succeed in some capacity to properly sympathise with them. Even people that enjoys these characters would want them dead on sight if these guys really exist. Okay , maybe not Draco Malfoy, he actually fits being a sympathetic villain.

  20. Akil manaz I get it , a guilty pleasure is a guilty pleasure.I liked and enjoyed quite a few bad movies myself( the Alien Vs Predator movies e.g).Granted , none of those are nearly as bad as The Last Airbender or even DBZ, but still.
