  2.  @Lucas-hb1uq  Yes, I heard that the US uniquely pay their waitstaff lower than minimum wage just so employer and companies could shift the pay responsibility to tipping customer. This is effed up . No developed nation does this. Heck even third world countries like mine doesn't stoop to that.
