  1. If he was indeed racist toward that delivery man, then Amazon would 100% in the right for investigating and terminating his services. Racism isn't something that should be tolerated or excused. You may have the right to it as form of free speech, but people also have a right to shun you for your horrible abuse of that free right.

  3. No, I don't think Amazon should issue an apology for investigating the man . I mean if if someone who was using my company's services was accused of bein racist to my employee, then that customer should be investigated to prove such accusation or exonerate them.
