  1. That would be next to impossible. The phages would only attack certain bacteria and won't even bother with other bacteria with slightly different profile. The difference between prokaryotes (bacteria) and eukaryotes ( humanss eg) cells are too big to overcome. That is like expecting human to suddenly be capable of photosynthesis on their skin.
