Wow this video aged like milk. The guy was convicted and his lawsuits was thrown out. That is to be expected because: 1) The SCOTUS ruling in US V Kokinda upheld that a Post Office is a limited public forum , hence they can limit your right to film or record there. 2) The narrators misquoted Poster 7 for some reason. The full quote in Poster 7 is : Photographs for news purposes may be taken in entrances, lobbies, foyers, corridors, or auditoriums when used for public meetings except where prohibited by official signs or Security Force personnel or other authorized personnel or a federal court order or rule. Other photographs may be taken only with the permission of the local Postmaster or installation head. 3) there is no law against the so called a "soliciting trespass". Furthermore it was an authorised personnel of the Post Office that called the police to remove him (as of Poster 7 in my second point) , thus there is no 'soliciting" going on here.

@ArchAnge11 They don't even need to "solicit a trespass" ( which isn't illegal at all) here because an authorised personnel of the Post Office requested the man to leave and had to call the police to remove him. That is why he was convicted of all charges and had his lawsuit thrown out

Frauditors scum, the guy should've called the cops on him. There was another case where a frauditors peppers sprays a black woman that throws leaves at him. That Frauditors was rightfully arrested and was found guilty..
5
He was convicted of the charges and hi lawsuit was thrown out.
4
His lawsuit was thrown out, Of course him being convicted of all the charges here doesn't help his case.
3
CORRECTION : Floyd was murdered, he wasn't sentenced for anything.
3
I suggest you look up to what actually happened.
2
The frauditor here were 100% in the wrong. That was why he was convicted of theses charges and his lawsuit got thrown out.
2
So by your logic you wouldn't call the cops if you see burglars breaking into your neighbour's home.

Only if they asked her to leave and she refused.

@doc693 Say the court . The guy was found guilty of assault and had a suspended prison sentence (there multiple YouTube video from people like van balion, Irish Demon , Frauditor troll etc con this) . I somehow doubt he will stay out of trouble due to frauditors penchant for making troubles. Tell me, how does harassing citizen and business owner, local libraries and post offices and pointlessly antagonising people (not just cops) help protects our right?
1
@UlimateWarriorz That depend on the level of violence that was deployed an the local state law. In the case I mentioned, the court found that pepper spraying the woman who just throw leaves at him was using unnecessary force, hence why he was handed a suspended prison sentence .
1
@UlimateWarriorz Again , that depend on the level of violence that was deployed and the local state law. The fact that the frauditor who pepper sprayed the woman who threw leaves at him was found guilty in court underlines this.
1
@UlimateWarriorz Again , that depend on the level of violence that was deployed and the local state law. In many states, killing or seriously wounding a person who knocked your camera is a felon. Of course that doesn't change the nature of frauditors who harass citizens for click and views.
1
@UlimateWarriorz At this point we are just talking in circle around each other. I assume your "Just leave people alone policy " also directed at frauditors who harass citizens for click and views.

What false claim would that be?
1
@bobv5806 Sayin she saw someone she didn't know entering her neighbours' house isn't a false claim. She as wrong, but she didn't made any false complaint here.
1
@bobv5806 So , not only did you have access to the 9/11 call but also can read her mind because you confidently assert that "The only reason she called the cops is that one of the men was black. Period" . Lovely evidence you got there to back you up Mr . Hypocrite. I can assert there is no evidence because we saw no evidence of such. In the video. That house is in her neighborhood so technically she was one of the neighbours (ironically to the ones she called the cops on) . We don't know for sure the true motive of her actions .
1
@bobv5806 Yes, not knowing anything much about her, we can only wonder. Based on the outrage this incidents is causing, it seem more and more (which is good) people are no longer tolerating calling the cops on people just because of their skin tone.
