It's good thing they'r e farming them and not harvesting them from the wild.

championchap I'm not really 100% sure about the impact of seaweed farming but from what I've seen so far , the environmental impact is minimal (almost non existent) as they do not need to destroy existing biome to construct up the farms ( they're basically floating pontoons) nor do they employ fertiliser or pesticides. In fact from what I've hear they actually help improve the health of the existing ecosystem as the seaweed and structure creates additional habitat for marine life.

He's still a self made billionaire.

Really? The overall tone of this video is positive and even complimentary of of Elon's family.

@krabes8613 Currently seaweed farmers do . And no, few fish actually directly feed on these type of seaweed no sea mammal eat seaweed.

You do know that "disruptive" can be considered a positive trait , right? The jet engine and internal combustion engine were example of disruptive technology.

+Adam Smith How many years have GM been an vehicle manufacturing company compared to Tesla? Give Tesla few more years and you'll see for yourself.

+Bryan Fong Neither one of those two is as rich or as successful as Elon Musk. I don't think even Donald Trumps himself is as rich as Elon Musk is now , and Donald Trump had a bigger head start than Elon Musk did.
2
+Bryan Fong No one said that he started poor, all we're saying that he earned his fortune through his own effort and ingenuity . It not that his families wealth have anything to do with his previous successes. Take a look at the list of all the billionaires in the world , how many of them started from poor families? You'll find that pretty much all them started off from well to do family ( though not necessarily rich). When it comes to the super rich, trues stories of rags to riches are too few to count.

+Bryan Fong A rich guy that got richer dues to his own efforts. I think you're severely underestimating how hard it is to get your first billion even if you come from rich family. Most people who are born millionaires never become a billionaire.

Rubber from plants... Lady, natural rubber already comes from plants.

Did you even watch the video?

@joycemartin8354 Are you implying that I'm not doing that?

+Shekhar Jha And they were right to do so. Even when the video tried to put a positive spin on it the idea of moving to an Apartheid was due to he "lowering of morals" of Canada(LOL) it obviously raise some legitimate red flag about the guy's motivation. Doesn't change the fact that every single other person in this video came out rather positive. This video is praising the Musk clan, but even they can't sugarcoat everything.

+Shekhar Jha Elon deserves every single flak he get for how he acts during these fast few months . No matter how much people like the man ,there is no defending his behaviour online, at all. Though not as bad as Trump's own tirades , some of it do resembles ones from the Orange Buffoon In Chief. So yes, highlighting that Elon Musk may be more flawed than what people like to think of him isn't really heinous act. It might help prevent a cult of personality from building around Elon.
