@jerilynngordon2077 An the they rehire the exact same person after two months because they finally these people played an important part in the organisation and removing them had a crippling effects . We saw that with Twitter and Tesla before.

@xander6872 Twitter is now is in a far worse state than it was prior to Musk takeover so it isn't really running better . A company so terribly managed with a barely running product and is circling the bankruptcy drain due to failed and misguided cost cutting isn't exactly a confidence booster.

@Xiphos12 You seem to be misinformed of the nature of each of them. The $3B from California tax creditS were not paid to Tesla , they were reimbursements to Tesla CUSTOMERS as an incentive for them to buy EV. $9B in reg credits was not paid by the government at all, they paid to Tesla by other car companies like Ford and GM to Tesla as carbon credits because they sold polluting cars. Only the $465M million loan was given by government to Tesla, and Tesla paid that back fully with interests less than a year later. In shorts, out of your example, Tesla not only a net receive zero of taxpayers' money, but they also give back ten of million back in term of interest .

@Xiphos12 Nine billion in reg credits was not paid by the government at all, they paid to Tesla by other car companies like Ford and GM to Tesla as carbon credits because they sold polluting cars.

@Xiphos12 It seem the one about how I explained those nine billions were not paid by the government at all but instead by other polluting car manufacturers to Tesla that got removed.

@Xiphos12 It seem something about my explaining how none of the 9 billion were taken from government coffers got removed.

@Xiphos12 Again, those were not paid to Tesla, hence why they took zero taxpayer money in those cases. In fact they given back more considering that loan was pack back with interests.

If Elon brings the same type of cost cuts and management he brought to Twitter, the the US government is going bankrupt real soon.
