@Kenfren He admitted that he was in the riots. On top of that he seem to own an illegal firearm. Again, tis is on top of threatening to kill his own son. All are actual crimes. Being a member of that heinous right wing organisation isn't crime . It does makes hi as bad a Nazi, but that isn't a crime in the US.
