  1. I'm pretty sure he's mispronouncing Chitin (and Chitosan) . The "C" there have more of "K" sound like in "car" or "kite" . I mean chitinous is pronounced the same.

  2. If you are familiar with manga/anime or anything that originated form Japan you would be familiar with S-tier /class . It is considered to be much higher than A. Though this have influenced some other works that are not form Japan such as Korean manhwa (Solo Levelling eg) or in works like "Worm" (an English webnovel/webseries).
