@Ютубводоканал It depends on what do you mean by "Russia". Some people (probably such as yourself) stubbornly claim that Russia is nothing else but high-ranking officials clinging to power by any means at their disposal but other people who are peace-loving people, people of goodwill firmly believe that Russia as a country is much more than a bunch of powers that be.
