  1. This would ask cattle farmers to place their herds into one common herd and use all their property as one huge common pasture. He has answered how the North American prairies sustained huge buffalo herds but not cattle farming. Farmers fenced the land off creating artificial environments. Maybe the cattle ranchers were correct to resist the dirt farmers in the American west.

  2. I find these ideas quite fascinating and coming from a small farm myself, they seem to make a lot of sense. Is there are other material that you could direct me to that would elaborate on these principles. It is obvious that some of the ways we live have to change and this seems a legitimate solution to one our problems.
