  1.  @debee8795  I didn't say that it would be a piece of cake. I said that it could be done and Giuliani did it rather quickly in New York. That doesn't mean it won't take a lot of hard work and determination. It most definitely did take a lot of work to turn New York around only to have it ruined by De Blasio....the socialist. I show you a success story that offers a way out and you get all huffy. Despair is the first thing that you have to let go of before you even start rebuilding. A positive energy and optimism goes along way towards success and I'm sure not getting that from you.

  2. Ask Rudy Giuliani how he cleaned up New York. He's a bit of a weirdo but he turned New York around and did it rather quickly. I don't know where it says that you have to like the guy that fixes things or gets things done. Just follow his example and you'll see results.

  3. If you're in a tent and have NO alternative but to burn a candle to stay warm, for gawd's sake, put the candle inside a jar. At least the flame will be somewhat contained and if you do knock it over, the odds are that it will put itself out.
