@lamadyarah8787 It's not the United States that's seeing a billion dollar shortfall. It's the City of Los Angeles. It's up to the politicians of that city to balance that budget and they're NOT red. They're blue. Look at how well the blue team handled the wildfires and aftermath. They didn't prepare for fires that they knew were coming. They're now talking about austerity programs before they go bankrupt. Team Red, at the Federal level, is doing it before they get forced into it, like LA is doing. Just like spending as a family. You can't spend more than you make or you're going to end up living on the street.
