  1. Genetic correlation is always an important factor in human relationships. Duh!!! Blood is thicker than water. That's true when you're the king or a princess or when you're living, as a miner, in a small mining town. Your loyalties and social relationships will ultimately be driven by family....who you're genetically linked to or even who you're family has married into. When you meet someone new and you start talking about your backgrounds, the conversation always picks up when you find familial links to one another. That's a natural function of social relationships.
