It's an alien scouting ship. The mother ship is actually Pluto. It's why it's no longer a planet. It's the Death Star. They'll tell us the truth when we're mature enough to handle it.

Let's get stuck on semantics, shall we. The next 1000 years are the coming years, just like the last 1000 years are bygone years.

Because the first passes are further away from earth. Just far enough away for the object not to increase it's speed. So it's captured for a time but because the orbit is irregular, on one of it's orbits, it'll increase speed because it's orbit brings it a lot closer to earth. Then, when it goes around the earth, it's speed will so increased that the earth's gravity can't hold it any longer and it's gone. Watch the video again and pay special attention to how the object travels.

My comment is hidden. I suppose I shouldn't have used a word that is a synonym of "untruth". It's not a swear word or anything like that but YouTube doesn't like it.

@hansolowe19 When we're talking about the time spans of those cycles, it is in the coming years. Even if you want to look ahead only 50 years, that's up to you. You know what he meant. People just like to pick things apart to make themselves feel smarter. If you really wanted information, which I doubt, you'd ask questions instead of quibbling over semantics. For example, does climate change accelerate the Milankovitch cycle and if so, is the earth going to start cooling? That's an interesting question that might have positive or negative impacts on our future as a species. Your statement is just a complaint. Complaints don't inspire questions or curiosity.

@iznon That was an answer to a question that I had. If the Sahara becomes greener when sunlight hits it more directly, increasing heat and monsoons, wouldn't the heat from green house gases do the same? Add that to the positive effects, on plant life from CO2, can we expect the Sahara to become even more greener? Also, how does the Miskovich Cycles affect the Amazon? That wasn't addressed, either.

I just asked that question about the Amazon. Thanks.

That's easy. They'll call it a lie. The thing doesn't exist. If it was there, why can't we see it? Then sit smugly back declaring another victory.

It's not lust or greed. It's our instinct for survival. We're not about to let our children die before our eyes, so we keep working to bring them the security that is required for their immediate desire. Stop the work and people die. It's that simple.
