@woodenseagull1899 Cruelty isn't base on scale. When Mayans brutally killed humans is sacrifices to their gods, it was still just as brutal for the individuals dispatched. Was it in their genes to do this? Same as the Hutu, who killed Tutsi, by the tens of thousands. It's still brutal and different only in scale. Being effective in your genocidal fervour doesn't render you more brutal and most definitely has nothing to do with a genetic predisposition to commit such acts. As a matter of fact, that attitude is what generates the rationalisation to clear the conscience of those who take part in identity based murders. Better get those Germans before they get us.
