They don't have the parts to allow it to happen. No woman has ever been able to produce sperm. They don't have the biological hardware that makes this possible, either. You are now in menopause. Your body is no longer releasing eggs. That can ONLY happen to a woman. The fact that, for some reason, you could never birth a baby doesn't alter the fact that your entire biology is geared to producing offspring. Something was wrong in your metabolism that prevented it from happening. Human biology is extremely complex and things do go wrong. That doesn't take away from the biological fact that you're a woman. It also doesn't alter the fact that you can NEVER become a man or that men and women have specified roles in human reproduction. In fact, this binary is the essential to our survival. It allows for genetic diversity that must be ongoing or our genetic lines will begin to degenerate and that will lead to human extinction. It's basic biology.
