@blackquiver Your comment sounds contradictory. If the oppressed have no voice, haven't they lost the means, free speech, to Liberty? Your comment is quite baffling. You'll have to dig a little deeper than that because I'd really like to understand your point.

@tallwaters9708 I think what Peterson is saying is that those limits shouldn't exist. There are differences in what you're allowed to say from country to country and maybe that idea is completely wrong.

"No.....I'm stupid" If only more of us would be willing to say that. "I'm not bright enough to infer your meaning. Please, explain further about your meaning". It not only shows that you care what the other person thinks but that you really want to understand.

@mikekane2492 Free speech is only important when it's your own speech that is being suppressed. That's the problem that you're running into. Their free speech is trivial to them. It's what harms the ideas that they have and they don't want to hear the ideas that might put those ideas into doubt. It's better, for them, to be secure in their belief systems than it is for those systems to be challenged. The best way to do that is demonise those who might challenge them. Immorality....here you come. If you're immoral, your ideas must reflect that immorality and you can't have them infecting the minds of the unwary.
