  1. It isn't very bright but, you'd think you'd at least be safe from a government agency whose job is to protect you. That is the issue. It's one thing to be robbed by a highwayman. It's another to be robbed by a highwayman with a badge. That shouldn't happen.....EVER.

  2.  @wayne3334  Sue both. It's the state that encourages the officer. Without state approval, the officer can't legally rob you.
