Only the least intelligent of voters actually believed that the Mexican government was going to cut a check to build that wall. That's ridiculous. It was a slogan that covered a much larger idea that Mexico was going to pay for the wall through tariffs and border fees. Instead of giving a long winded explanation EVERY time during rallies, he would shorten it to this. You'd have to mentally deficient to think that anyone seriously thought Mexico would offer up 25 billion bucks to build a wall on Trump's say so. Also, I couldn't find anything on Trump saying ''I never met Stormy Daniels''. What I did find, numerous times, was this.... President, did you know about the $130,000 payment to Stormy Daniels?” a reporter asked him. “No,” Trump replied. That's not quite what you're claiming Trump said.

  5.  @skipperx5116  Part of being a hunter/gatherer is being a gatherer. Gathering plant stuffs for consumption. That's NOT to minimise the importance of hunting but humans are omnivores....both carnivores AND herbivores. They HAD to do this because hunting wasn't always successful and the human ability to eat vegetable matter is what made humans the most successful species, maybe in all of earth history. We adapt. Which has NOTHING to do with the modern sugar diet. They didn't have marshmallow trees or Cocoa Puffs growing along the riverbeds during those "caveman" times. They had wild fruits, root vegetables and seeds to eat. Sometimes they even managed to raid a beehive for the honey. They didn't sprinkle white sugar on their wild carrots or molasses on the wild lentils that they found. They ate them as they found them. That's the reality of ancient life.

  6.  @Burner377  You still hand over ALL evidence. It's not up to the prosecutor to decide what evidence a defender might use or not use. Being in the Capitol building is quite relevant to his charges of being in the Capitol building and so would any videos of what he was doing in there. To add, he was charged with violent entry, sounds violent to me, and disorderly conduct and other charges. "Violent entry". That was one of his official charges. Also, calling people "scumbags" is schoolyard tactics, not what I would call a measure of one's credibility or of their cases.

You've never seen foreign soldiers marching down your streets, entering your homes, taking everything made of metal, food, books, magazines, radios or arresting people with no charges. Never watched your countrymen, including women and children hungry and even starving due to the brutal callousness of a foreign government. If you had, you'd start to appreciate those soldiers, who you have the temerity to call "pawns", and put their lives on the line so you can live without the spectre of horror an invading army can impose on you. It's a sad part of reality that we do need soldiers to defend our country, but what's sadder is your lack of respect for their efforts.

  8. Utter stupidity. These people have demonstrated their acceptance of violence to get what they want by throwing rocks, bricks and putting small children ahead of them as human shields. Will this proclivity to resort to violence stop when they cross the border? I doubt it. Trump has said it over and over again. Apply for legal status, just like the tens of millions that are now living in the US, right now, that were born outside of the US. Landed immigrants, from all over the world, who follow the rules, don't throw rocks and bricks at American citizens, don't insist on getting their way and can and have shown that they are decent people and will be good citizens of the US. Decent people do NOT behave like these thugs. They don't throw rocks and they don't hide behind children.

  11. Yet, I prefer that to the attitude that the Democrats now hold. Republicans speak in this manner because they actually are the party of inclusion and respect. The Democrats are the party of intersectionality, of putting people into a identity groups in order to create a hierarchy of oppression. This gives the allowance to hate the oppressors and parse out that hate in every increasing portions as the climb the oppressor ladder. Conservatives don't do that. It's innocent until proven guilty and see the best in people until attacked. Then fight back with ferocity. Don't be like the ones that hate you. Like the Bible says "Turn the other cheek" because that's what brings order out of chaos.....and I'm not a Christian but I know wisdom when I hear it.

  14.  @nandy1256  He does. He set up a task force on Jan. 27th. Democrats and the media criticised him, saying it was filled with old white men. He stopped travel to China on the 31st, along with Italy, the first 2 countries to do so. Biden called him xenophobic and, if you watched the video, so did NY politicians and told their constituents to go on as normal and suggested if you didn't, you were racist. He expanded the task force and put his vice president at the helm so the task force would be close to him. He's on TV everyday, talking about the crisis. He's had conversations with every governor of the US....all 50 of them. Sure, he said, in Mid Feb. that it wasn't serious yet, and it wasn't yet, it had the potential at that time, but he sure didn't do what those politicians in NY did, and as late as March 11th. That's why NY was hit so hard. The same thing happened in Italy. They closed the borders and the following day, Mayor Nardello, of Florence, said it was racist and the good Italians should show the Chinese citizens and tourists that they weren't blaming them. That, in spite of the fact that the first 2 cases in Italy were Chinese tourists from Wuhan. The next few days people were going around hugging Chinese tourist. I don't have to tell you what happened there. The New York pandemic didn't come from China directly. It got there through Italy and both Italy and New York were cursed with stupid politicians.

Why is it that Florida, without vaccine and mask mandates and VERY limited lockdowns, has similar Covid numbers to those states that have had the strictest lockdowns? Stores boarded up, businesses going bankrupt, people losing their jobs in those lockdown states....but not in Florida. Explain why those lockdowns are necessary when the numbers are no different. If you could explain that, without making trollish comments, you'd be worth talking to. Now, you're just a guy on the internet that lives under a bridge.

The Democrats have been in power for decades and yet they haven't done anything to improve their own city police force. However, worse than that, Democrat Ellison had possession of the body cam that showed that the police officers weren't being at all too harsh on George Floyd and refused to show it. Now they want to abolish that police force but that Democrat city council did vote themselves a personal security detail. Wow. Then the fiasco in Portland. 74 nights in a row....IN A ROW, of violence and destruction. The Democrat mayor stood right next to rioters as the shot high grade fireworks at the court house and watched them try to tear down the barrier that was put up around that building. Yet, somehow that's Trump's fault. Then, Nadler just blithely says that it's all a myth. New York, now there's another mess. Almost 500,000 people have left. They're talking a 30 billion dollar shortfall this year. 13,000 homeless people put up in high end hotels at 175 bucks a pop at the Upper East Side. Now they have people passing out on the streets, urinating and masturbating in public, yelling at people walking by. They're not wearing masks like everyone else in New York is supposed to. Crime is up in the area by almost 250% with murders more than double in the City over last year. Louisville, Kentucky city council wants to name racism as a public health threat. At the same time BLM reps are going from store to store demanding hiring quotas and forcing businesses to buy from black owned businesses or else give BLM 1.5% of the business revenue. Legalised extortion....but the Democrat leaders don't do a thing. I could go on about this for hours....non stop. So no, it isn't just Biden. Biden just represents the incredible blindness of the entire Democrat party. It's like Trump hired the entire bunch of them to make him look good and that's not an easy thing to do.

They are adults. They have the right to choose. .....and I'm a atheist that believes that everyone has a right to choose how they want to live their life, including getting a religiously centered education. No one is forcing those young adults to attend that college. Most of them already have Christian beliefs and that's the reason they go there. The religious aspect is not a hidden agenda. You know it going in. If you know it and still go and don't like it and then complain about it's mandate, that's your own fault not the fault of the school.

At one time, not even 5 years ago, that was considered the right thing to do. Now they lose their job and any young girl that complains, that girl gets punished. Yeah......sue them. Every member of the school staff is obligated to protect students from harm, including overt sexual misconduct. Every student should be allowed to protect themselves from harm. It may be the only way to fight back against this type of injustice. It's either that or let the state completely dominate your life. You may like being in an authoritarian state but Americans don't. The power should be with the people and threats and intimidation, from the state, should ALWAYS be resisted in any way possible.

  28. It's not just Biden. It's the entire Democrat party and some of the Republicans, too. Add to that the bureaucrats in Washington and the multinational corporations and it spells a tough time for the average American. What's sad is that so many Americans can't see it. China loves it but they don't have to do very much. They'll just promise the multinationals cheap labour and lax labour, environmental and quality laws and those corporate bosses will buy their way into Washington. That's why it's so hard to trace it to China. It's our own elites that are doing it.

The Democrats should have acknowledged his grief and forgot about Trump for that moment. They made it into a political moment, as well. Worse, they acted as if his grief was insignificant and not worthy of their condolences. That was even MORE shameful if you ask me. They could have brought up the point that you just made later on, but in THAT moment, they should have extended their respect to the man who lost his brother. A heartless display.

You're either really foolish and blind and I don't think that's true, or you've got lots of money and you don't really have to live with the problems. Maybe a walk down some of the homeless camps in the big cities will open your eyes a little. Leave your car there with a package in the back seat and come back in a couple of hours. That might show what's going on.

He said that this would bring us a vaccine within a year and he was MOCKED for it by the Democrats and the MSM. That's a fact. Operation Warp Speed was announced on May 15th, 2020. Pfizer announced that it would be ready to start vaccinating on Dec. 14th 2020. That's 7 months. Now, if you can't give Trump the credit for cutting through the red tape to make that possible, you're being dishonest and it's more about tribalism and hatred than it is about accepting the truth, no matter how distasteful that truth might be. To put it clearly so you might understand it, not accepting the facts, on the development of the vaccine, because you don't like Trump, is based on blind hatred. Hate is the destroyer. Don't accept facts based on emotions. That's anti-science and anti-intellectual.

I worked for those "slave wages" in the sixties and seventies, a blue collar worker, for a huge shoe manufacturer and I bought a house and a cottage and have a good pension today. My father did even better than what I did. As the seventies progressed, the realisation that you didn't have to work to get money, welfare, and more and more people joined those ranks. Social causes grew and more money was needed for the masses and politicians were only too willing to buy votes by offering free stuff. The last big one was the forgiveness of college loans. “When the people find they can vote themselves money, that will herald the end of the republic.” Benjamin Franklin. That's what we're seeing today. No one, with a yacht today, has the kind of money that the government has and they got it from YOU. Then they offer it BACK to you with promises of great government programs. It's a recipe for failure and we're seeing it now.

The basics come first. If a child can't read or write or understand basic math, that child will be forever crippled. That's what schools were instituted to do when they were first created.   44.  @Yves_Ka  These peace deals puts pressure on the Palestinians and Hezbollah. Pressure that might encourage them to change their approach to dealing with Israel. Egypt and Jordan already have deals with Israel. Now Bahrain, the UAE and Kosovo have normalised relations. The Palestinians are losing their allies. Maybe the people, living in the Gaza strip, will tire of the endless call for war, by their leaders, and pressure them to use some of their assets to better their lives. This isn't a movie, where all is resolved in 2 hours. This is real life and it's a process that will take years. Every step towards that peace is a major accomplishment...unless your hate for Trump would rather see animosity over peace efforts. What a useless waste of emotion.

She was exercising power that she doesn't have and she lost. No one needs this kind of toxicity in the workplace.
