@themasaiah8017 Yeah right. Her idea on how to solve illegal border crossings is to tell people to stop it. "Don't come". What a surprise when no one listened. Then she gives a speech saying how Democrat policies on energy was the way to go to stop climate change. Biden finished up that claim by announcing that it could lead to food shortages so if you ever can't afford to buy food, remember that dynamic duo of Biden/Harris and thank them.

Yes she did. She was referring to the "passage of time" that Tim Scott brought up. The time from December 2020 to December 2021. Time passed....one year. I have a feeling that there might have been a hidden meaning there but I don't see it. There must be something that I'm unaware of. Would someone please enlighten me.

@Smayky I'm from Canada and I know Europe. Canada and the US are immense and we depend on cheap prices to get around as part of how we live our lives. I know people that drive 120 kilometres, one way, to go to work everyday. It's devastating for them. Now, Biden is talking about food shortages. You won't be so calm when the food isn't there or you can't afford what food is available. North America isn't Europe.

@Smayky 100 Km per day isn't 250 per day. That's 2.5 times more. Also, that's quite common around here. They do it because Toronto is too expensive to live in and the size of the city is unbelievable. I couldn't live there. North American cities aren't near as compact as European cities. People that drive to Toronto to work spend an hour getting to the city and then another hour, or more, driving the last 25 kilometres to get to their job site. Very few good paying jobs in the rural areas but they can't afford to live in the urban centres. It's tough. I refused to do it and I had to give up a lot to save for my retirement. The commuters are giving up their time, up to 4 hours a day, just driving to work. You sacrifice no matter what you do.
