@cjc.9215 That's the question. Why didn't they get their own power supply and power instead of depending on it from Israel? Could it be because the Palestinian spent all that money of a HUGE tunnel system infrastructure and weapons? Besides, if they were supplying their own water and power, they can't cry when Israel won't give it to them. They take the money to prepare for war instead of the things that they need. They get their water and power from Israel so when they get cut off, they can cry "victim" again. A perfect propaganda tool. They could care less about their own citizens. They're just cannon fodder to them.

asa1973100 That would have been a PR nightmare. It's foreign aid and it's supposed to be used to provide for Palestinian citizens. If Israel blocked any payments (if it was possible), we'd never hear the end of it. In the end, it could have made things even worse than they are now.
