Greg Bors All the Democrats have to do is be better than Trump. That's it. You'd think it would be easy, but look at all the Democrat cities. They're all in a state of decay. San Francisco...the poop city. Portland....3 years of riots. Los Angeles......thousands of homeless. New York....what a mess that is now. Chicago....crime up over 200%. Minneapolis....gutted. Seattle....home of Chaz or Chop or whatever that fiasco was. Atlanta....more violence. Austen, Louisville, St. Louis, shots fired outside the White House in Washington. Baltimore....what a mess that it. Detroit....that's been a hellhole for years. EVERYONE a Democrat run city, some of them for over 100 years. Everyone of them allowing "peaceful" protesters to loot and burn. .....and what do we hear from the Federal Democrats? It's all a myth and white supremacy is the problem. Give me one time during the Trump presidency when white supremacy ran havoc through the cities.

@cljackson512 NO.... you're dismissing her. You're giving the appearance that because she did wrong once, that she can never be anything different, and that she can now, no longer fight against violent and destructive behaviour. If that criteria were true, that only those who've never done wrong, can strive for a better society, then our society is done. No one is perfect. We have to work with our imperfections or we don't work at all. The first part of that is redemption and forgiveness. You're giving off the impression that it's not possible, that a stupid minor act, 27 YEARS ago, defines everything about her. Wow....judge much? That's the height of ridiculous.

@cljackson512 I don't know if she has or not and I don't care. I look at the truth of what she's saying. Is it valid or not. The validity of what she is saying is NOT contingent on what she may or may not have done. That's a ridiculous way of assessing problems. I could just imagine having that discussion with a person. "First, do you acknowledge your indiscretions? We can't talk about this until you do". People will think I'm a nut. It's not my place to judge people. Worse, I'm not about to try and solve problems by making sure that everyone involved has first sought out absolution for their sins. Who the hell am I do even suggest such a thing. "Let him who is without sin". That person doesn't exist.

@cljackson512 I find it easier to watch Fox now, because their ideological party, the Republicans are in office. When Obama was in, they behaved somewhat like CNN does now, except CNN has taken it to a level that's never been seen in my lifetime and I've been around awhile. I fact check everything, no matter who says it or what my views are. I don't want to use, as evidence, something that's not true. That would make any position I take as untenable. I watched this video and I know that the things she is showing us are true. I've seen similar videos from other sources. That's what's important here. She is showing us facts and then giving us possible reasons for why it happened. Her "crime" in 1983 is irrelevant to the devastation in Minneapolis and to how we can solve the rebuilding process or how we can prevent this from happening again. I do know one thing. Getting rid of police isn't going to solve it. That's a pie-in-the-sky Utopian dream and as simplistic as it gets.
