@hunterb1215 How do you know whether this person is doing something to rid the country of corruption or not? You don't know him. His statement of sadness is already doing something. A person can be upset over the state of the nation and then use it to act against that state of corruption. Why would anyone fight corruption if it doesn't bother them in the first place?
