A lot of Chinese people, either American or non-citizens hate the communist regime but in a entity that employs a lot of people of Chinese heritage, it would be even easier for Chinese agents to infiltrate them. That would be true of any race or culture and it isn't singling out Chinese citizens as more treacherous but does make this a vulnerable area to watch out for. All it takes is for one spy in a group of good Chinese Americans and it could be a disaster for the country. That said, that spy wouldn't necessarily have to be Chinese. The ideologically possessed or those who are just plain greedy would be vulnerable, as well.
