  1. I know people that are always too close when they talk. The close talkers....and those that are always touchy feely. Doesn't mean that they're harassing you. It's their way. One reason that I hated the MeToo movement. One rule applies to everything. No judgement and no nuance. Biden does come across as creepy, though but doesn't mean that he's actually taking advantage of anyone. It could be his personality. Not one I care for but he's harmless......I hope.
