  1. Trump is not allowed to investigate Joe Biden for possible corruption because Biden is a rival presidential candidate. However, Democrats are allowed to investigate Trump for possible corruption, in spite of the fact that Trump is a rival presidential candidate. Makes sense to me in a kind of hypocritical, partisan logic.
