As long as they comply with all food and safety requirements and pay the requisite local, state and federal taxes, leave them alone. It's just Chamber of Commerce business autocrats who don't want to see any competition. In reality, it's short sighted. The more a region attracts successful businesses the better business will be for the individual, unless that individual doesn't want to do the things to keep them competitive. Then banning them is their best option. It's backward think in business strategy.
