  1. I realise that we're only getting one side of the story but I can't see how the town council and especially this councilman can justify their position. Going to jail for the crime of operating a business is beyond excessive. They even lied about how this couple was disposing their grease, proven by the inspector's 4 reports. No matter how I assess it, this is a misuse of power and I can't help but think that this had to do the council member's personal business interests. No outsiders allowed in their little club.
