@Man-vs-Metal Thanks. I won't be flying United then. I have no problem with women or POC pilots but I do have a problem with discrimination, not matter who's the target. I hope they lose their shirt.

@johnnygeorgopoulos4072 I would do the same. I was hired to do a job. If I wanted to be told what a horrible person I am, I'd call the ex-wife or go to church.

@Man-vs-Metal Who's doing it for pilots? Is it the airlines? Is it United Airlines? Delta Air Lines? What about American Airlines or Southwest Airlines? Maybe Air Canada. I'd like to know what airlines are doing it so I can avoid them.

@williamabbott9437 It's why California Democrats wanted to get rid of their State Civil Rights Act, specifically Proposition 209 in the 2020 election. They called it the Affirmative Action bill. In it they stated that they had to strike it down in order to institute Affirmative Action. The California Constitution's Declaration of Rights that prohibited the state from discriminating against or granting preferential treatment on the basis of race, sex, color, ethnicity, or national origin in the operation of public employment, public education, and public contracting. California Democrats wanted this removed. It went to a public vote and was defeated by a 57% of the voters voting against it. Why did California do this??? A group of Asians sued Harvard University for discrimination in their Affirmative Action policies and lost even though the policies clearly discriminated against Asians. The reason they lost their lawsuit??? Massachusetts doesn't have a state Civil Rights Act. This Asian group is now taking it to the Supreme Court.....and they'll lose unless the Democrats pack the court. It's what Democrats have always stood for. Legalised separation based on skin colour.
