They always want to cite poverty as THE reason for crime but I doubt that. I'd say that it has more to do with unstable home lives that is the result of encouraging mothers to live as single parents. That doesn't mean that they're bad mothers but it's extremely difficult to do it alone. If we could only stabilise the home life of these kids, we'd see crime rates go down. It''s not going to be easy, especially with the way our children are being taught in the public school system.
