  1. It's not the parent's fault if their child devolves into a life of drug addiction, alcoholism, crime and corruption. It IS the parent's fault if they use government resources to cover their child's crimes, facilitate his questionable business dealings and look the other way when that child takes part in controversial and possibly, incestuous, relationships. It implies corruption of the highest measure.
