The naming of Antifa and BLM is a method of Orwellian speak that never even occurred to George Orwell. They use it to tangle a conversation into a Gordian Knot. You can see the disingenuous smirk on their faces as they frustrate those who would criticise them. I refuse to fall into that word trap.

@elLooto When half the world are fools, I guess we'll have to suffer them. LOL. I'm more of the Jordan Peterson type. "Always assume that the person, that you're speaking to, know something that you don't" It's not always easy but you can glean a lot from and about people by just listening to them. "Know thy enemy" might be appropriate as well. You can't know them if you refuse to communicate with them.

@elLooto I read that book over 45 years ago so I can't remember the details that well. I liked the book, I do remember that although I saw her on a talk show, Donahue or something, and I thought she was a little authoritarian. She really didn't like it when people disagreed with her and refuse to talk to them. I was kind of put off by that. It was almost a precursor to the SJW crap. Knowing her politics, I find it rather puzzling. Most people on the right enjoy a good verbal exchange. If she was challenged on something she would just wave her hand and move on. I'd rather read the book than talk to her. I don't care for dismissive attitudes, no matter what the political bent.
