My son came home with a swastika drawn on a corner of his school binder when he was around 13. I explained the significance of the symbol and how our family suffered from the abuses of the Nazis when they invaded our homeland. I didn't even force him to erase it, but the next day he'd drawn a picture over it so the swastika was no longer visible. He only drew it because he thought it looked kinda cool. Once he knew about it a little more, he got rid of it. A simple solution to a simple problem. Time for a little commons sense to prevail. I know its a lot to ask, put please.....at least try.
