  1. No matter who wins, the loser will accuse the other of cheating. That's what will be the issue that could push the nation over the edge. That's why we need to completely overhaul the election process itself. Get rid of the machines to ensure no outside internet interference. Allow only mail-in voting upon request WITH a legally accepted identification. Make sure that counting ballot procedures are strictly adhered to. Other nations can do it, even 3rd world countries, so there's no reason why this can't be done in the US. Fix the election process and we'll get away from the endless cycle of claims of election fraud. After 3 disputed elections, in this century, you'd think that this would be something that BOTH parties could get behind. I'm lost at why one party doesn't want to fix it.
