  1. That's the problem, Tim. It's NOT the police. It's the courts and the politicians that are the problem. Even if the police catch the guy, the courts let the criminals off with a baby slap on the wrist and they're out doing it all over again. Even if the police solve and arrest EVERY criminal that commits an act like this, it does no good if the courts let them go. We need to force the politicians to do their job and all it takes is voting for candidates who will. Do that and things will change. Rudy Giuliani proved it when he was mayor of New York.
