  1. We watch sports to escape the reality of life for a couple of hours. If ESPN can't do that, we'll go somewhere else. I love hockey and have watched it for 60 years. If they start preaching at me, it's been nice but good-bye. I'm pretty sure that most of my sports loving friends feel the same way.
